Oasis Apartments

The Oasis is a 31 low-income, tax credit project.  Federal income limits apply. Fifteen units are set aside for families with income based on 40 percent of AGMI. Sixteen units are set aside for families with income based on 50 percent of  AGMI. These are 1-3 bedroom apartments. Oasis units are located at 830, 900 and 940 E.
