Desert Haven

Desert Haven is a 25-unit low-income tax credit farmworker project. Federal income limits apply.  Nineteen units are set-aside for families with income based on 40 percent of AGMI.  Six units are set aside for families with income based on 50 percent of AGMI.  Desert Haven is located at 935 S. 7th in Othello.
